"We purchased a 2007 NuWa Champagne from H & K and as many do, ordered it "Our Way". While dealing with Don, I often wondered when he would say, "Are you done yet?", but he kept right with me, and when asked, freely gave advise about the Pro's and Con's of a decision I was about to make. The unit came in just as nice as we thought it should be. The PDI went like a charm, with all the new items thoroughly explained. Then, as time went by, I would run into a little glitch, and I called H & K for assistance. I always rec'd courteous and prompt assistance, even when it was not something they should concern themselves with. Owners of NuWa products tout, as I do, the unequaled service received from the NuWa Factory even after the warranty has long expired, but I have found the dealership of H & K to be their equal.
When it comes time to make another purchase I will pull my present coach over and make a new deal on the next NuWa at H & K. I don't feel the sale will be any different due to the new pricing system, but I feel H & K will be able to offer me a little more for my present camper and that will make things even sweeter.

" My wife & I purchased a New 2007 Starcraft 16ft Pop-Up in the spring of 2007. Carl was great to deal with and so was all the service guys. The day I was schedule to go over & get the hitch installed and bring the trailer home was going good until the guys ran into a problem with the wiring on my European SUV but none of them gave up or got frustrated. I plan on going back to H&K for my next purchase."
